At Reclaim Vitality, I take your relaxation seriously. I will work with you to determine what is the best course of action to regulate your nervous system. It may be breathing techniques and mindful movements or more passive techniques like massage and reflexology, or any combination of these modalities. My goal is for you to leave with a renewed ability to conquer that day.
